SHIPPING

Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am-6 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, provide all address details, including apartment/suite/unit number. All orders will include a tracking number and insurance up to $100 CDN. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment from our locations to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

RETURNS

At this time, all sales are final. Please thoroughly review the specifications of each item prior to purchasing. Alternatively, if an item doesn't work out, we are happy to re-consign the item on your behalf!
